Maintenance Programs

Gold
The Gold Program is designed as a total care program. All of the tasks listed in our Maintenance Schedules are undertaken as specified on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. We will visit your boat once a week, to undertake the tasks listed in our Maintenance Schedule, with a longer visit planned once a month to undertake the Monthly Tasks, and time ashore planned in conjunction with yourselves and your preferred yard for the completion of the yearly tasks.

Silver
The Silver Program provides a monthly visit to your boat to undertake those tasks listed in our Maintenance Schedule, under the 'Monthly' and 'Weekly' tasks.

Bronze
The Bronze Program provides a total of 2 visits to your boat, during the normal summer season (usually considered to be Easter to the end of September) to undertake those tasks we normally consider 'Monthly' or 'Weekly' under our Maintenance Schedule.

Bespoke
Should you have a requirement for a program that is not covered by one of the above, we can design a program that fits your needs.

For all of the above, please contact us for details and a quote to suit your vessel. Your quote will include allowances for all the more predictable items in your boat's annual maintenance program (lubricants, antifouling, service items such as anodes, impellers, etc.), but not for the less predictable such as wear and tear on halyards or sails, fuel usage and so on. A full list of what is and is not included in your schedule will be contained within your Scope of Tasks document. If, during inspection of such items, replacement or repair is recommended, then a quote will be provided and you can choose to accept that quote or accept responsibility for undertaking necessary repairs yourself with an alternate supplier. Items such as fuel will be charged at cost plus a handling charge for getting the vessel to the refuelling point or getting the fuel to the vessel.

Once you have signed up to one of our programs, you will be provided with a Scope of Tasks document and a timetable or schedule showing when the various tasks will be undertaken and what they are.

We will always endeavour to complete these tasks as defined and planned, but the weather and other factors may affect the completion of your work. In the event of such an occurrence, we will complete the work at the next available opportunity and with that in mind we include 'take up' time in our planning so that, other than in the most exceptional circumstances, we should still be able to complete your schedule within the week intended.
